Project Plan

For proper completion of a project it is important to have a well-developed project plan. A project plan is a tool that guides a user to manage resources and time throughout the life cycle of the project. Since the project need to be completed in three months the project plan is done with the help of Gantt Chart. The below figure shows the task and time to be completed:
